High Hardness Stainless 3-Layer Clad Steel
"This knife features a core material made of AUS-8 stainless steel, which is sandwiched between stainless steel layers to enhance corrosion resistance, resulting in a 3-layer clad structure with a pattern reminiscent of a Japanese sword. Compared to typical iron-based knives (HRC50-56), it has slightly better edge retention, a sharper cutting edge, and is more resistant to rust, making it suitable for high-priced knives.
Double Name Marking
Generally, knives have their logo printed on only one side, but this knife features double name marking on both sides, which is synonymous with Muthos Homura. It is designed to be a 'showcase knife' that is beloved by both users and observers.
Made in Seki Japan
The Pro Knife Ⅱ was fully custom-manufactured with a partner company in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a renowned knife production area alongside Tsubame-Sanjo. From the knife's contour to the wooden handle's shape and material, every detail has been meticulously crafted.
Handle : Reinforced laminated wood
The handle material is made by pressure-bonding multiple natural wood boards, providing excellent strength and water resistance. It is a professional-grade handle that can withstand harsh water environments, allowing chefs to use it for many years. Each wooden handle has a unique pattern, so please enjoy the natural beauty that can only be achieved with natural materials.
Knife Carry Case
A knife carry case suitable for outdoor and camping use. Made of belt material for safe usage.
By fastening the button on the back, it can be hung on a rope or used as a belt loop.
Knife Protect Slive
"A dedicated cover for protecting the blade tip when carrying the knife alone. In addition to the matte black exterior, the interior is lined with non-woven fabric, allowing for smooth insertion and removal of the knife. It can also be attached to and detached from the carry case.
