When the cases above occur, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items. We cannot address returned items that have passed more than 7 days after receipt. Additionally, we will bear the shipping fee for returns and exchanges due to shipping mistakes or initial failure products.

  • We do not accept order cancellations after ship. Please make sure to place your order correctly.
  • There have been cases where an order was placed by mistake, and the delivery was refused upon arrival. Be sure to order the correct items.

When accepting returns due to customer’s circumstances

If we accept returns due to customer’s circumstances, we will charge a return processing fee (1,100 yen per product, 20% for 5,000 yen or more). We will transfer the amount after subtracting the procedure cost x quantity + shipping fee from our company + transfer fee from the items price to the account designated by the customer.

    1. ① The finish polishing process aims to achieve the desired appearance and shape while preserving the exact blade shape designed by MC. However, some minor scratches may still be present. This is because the priority during the design process was to ensure the functionality and safety of the blade.
    2. ② The wooden parts are made of natural materials, so the color and grain of each wood may vary from piece to piece. Those are unique characteristics and impossible to achieve with resin or mass-produced products.
    3. ③ Since assembly is done manually, there may be small scratches around the screws.
Return period Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In principle, we cannot accept returns over 7 days of delivery.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping for circumstances that are their own responsibility. If a defect is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please select the cash on delivery option. We will process your refund through a bank transfer.
Others Our company uses a transmission form that is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts and secures the communication between the server and the computer you use, preventing any unauthorized access to the information you enter. Credit card information is sent directly to a payment server operated by a payment agency using a token method (card information non-passage method), so it does not pass through the online shop server. Furthermore, we do not store any credit card information. The payment agency fully complies with PCIDSS, the security standard of the credit card industry.
