Overseas Price

Price	The domestic prices in Japan and the overseas prices differ. Prices are fixed in JPY, but they fluctuate daily due to exchange rates.

Reasons for Price Differences	In Japan, the prices are set for direct sales through our own e-commerce site only. For overseas sales, additional fees for other e-commerce platforms and margins for distributor sales are required, resulting in higher unit prices compared to domestic prices.

Delivery and shipping

Shipping date	Overseas shipments are made twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Courier	We are actively developing our international shipping methods, and please note that the international shipping fee may differ from the domestic shipping fee. Shipping via EMS JAPAN (Air) is the standard.

	Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping for circumstances that are their own responsibility. If a defect is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please select the cash on delivery option. We will process your refund through a bank transfer.

Credit card information is sent directly to a payment server operated by a payment agency using a token method (card information non-passage method), so it does not pass through the online shop server.
